Garden waste is first filled in Unit A. Water is added regularly and the pile is stirred once in 3-5 days. When Unit A gets full, Unit A moves to the middle and Unit B moves to the top. Garden waste is now dumped in Unit B. While this is happening the waste in Unit A reduces in volume. Pile in Unit A is then transferred to Unit C after Unit B is full. Add water to waste put in Unit C and stir well. Unit A is now empty and ready to be placed on top. Unit B is shifted to the middle.

Garden waste is dumped in the container. You can keep filling garden waste, add water and stir at regular intervals. Over time the pile keeps reducing in volume because composting happens at the bottom. Dried leaves to be used for other products are accessible on the top. Once in 6 months you can harvest the mature compost from the bottom of the containe
The Patta Kambha units are easy to shift once they are full.
