Our trained service staff arrives at your doorstep to attend to routine maintenance – i.e. help with managing flies and other pests, and rotating the pile of waste as necessary, checking moisture, cleaning the unit and changing the position of pots around as needed.

 

 

1. Stir & turn composters

We ensure that your composters are stirred and turned over when necessary.

2. Clean composters & replace parts

The composters are washed and wiped. Broken parts will be replaced. (Conditions apply - refer to Terms & Conditions of Service Plan)

3. Troubleshoot

Identify possible reasons of problems and help you remedy them.

4. Take back compost

If you don’t know what to do with your compost and have nowhere to put it we can collect the compost from you.
